Namaste, I’m Aditi – a yoga instructor, sound healer, mindfulness guide, and wellness coach with a deep passion for helping people live with balance, purpose, and joy.

My journey began like many others—navigating the fast pace of life, feeling the weight of stress, and searching for something more meaningful. Through yoga, I found not only a way to strengthen my body but a path to heal my mind and soul. Today, I share these transformative practices with others, blending traditional wisdom with modern wellness techniques.

Over the years, I’ve worked with individuals, students, corporates, and retreat groups, creating experiential wellness journeys that are practical, enjoyable, and deeply healing. My sessions are not just about perfecting poses—they are about aligning the mind, body, and breath, creating a safe space where people can slow down, breathe deeply, and truly feel present.

My Transformative Journey

The Beginning

Nearly 15 years ago, when I was pregnant and on a career break, I started practicing yoga to experience inner peace and calmness, and gain mental strength. That's when I realized I had fallen in love with yoga.

The Calling

Yoga gave me all the peace and calmness I craved, especially during rough patches in life. My idol, Ms. Sneh Ganotra, noticed my passion for yoga and suggested that I must learn the art of yoga professionally.

The Mastery

I traveled to Rishikesh to gain several yoga experiences and became an internationally certified Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance, completing 300 hours of Ashtanga yoga practice.
